#NT3: 5 Days, 4 Nights Beijing - Nanjing - Beijing Tour BOOK IT!
Includes Beijing and Nanjing airport transfers and lunch on Days 1 - 4. Does not include your hotels, the round-trip flight from Beijing (although we can book this for you, please contact us for current airfares), dinners, or customary tips for your tour guides and drivers.

Day 1: Beijing Airport Pickup - Tiananmen Square - Forbidden City - Acrobatics (or Kung Fu or Beijing Opera) Show
We will greet you at the Beijing airport in the morning and get you checked into the centrally located Novotel Xin Qiao Hotel, treat you to a nice lunch and then off to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City that afternoon. You will have a chance to refresh yourself back at your hotel before leaving at 6:30 p.m. for the Acrobatics, Kung Fu or Beijing Opera show. Any of the three choices will leave you amazed and impressed with what you have seen as we take you back to your hotel for the night.
Day 2: Badaling Great Wall - Ming Tombs - Flight to Nanjing
An early start for a trip to the outskirts of Beijing to see the legendary Great Wall of China and the Ming Dynasty Tombs. We will pick you up at 8 a.m., help you check out of the Novotel Xin Qiao Hotel, and take care of your luggage for you during your sightseeing. After a visit to Badaling, we will treat you to a nice lunch and visit the Ming Tombs. Afterwards, we will transport you to the airport for your evening flight to Nanjing, where your tour guide will meet you to take you to check into your 4-star hotel. Lunch, all entrance fees and ground transportation (excluding airplane tickets) are included.
Day 3: Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum - Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum - Evening Qinhuai River Cruise
We will pick you up at your hotel, the Nanjing airport or train station in the morning; then it’s off to see the sights of historic Nanjing, beginning with the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, constructed between 1381 - 1431 A.D. as the burial site for the first Ming Dynasty emperor. From there, it is on to visit the final resting place of a more contemporary leader of China, Dr. Sun Yat-sen, who led the Republic of China after the overthrow of the Qing Dynasty, the last of the dynasties in China. A local lunch is included this afternoon, then in the evening you will be treated to a cruise along the Qinhuai River, which is not only historic but also beautifully lit at night, a perfect way to end your first day in Nanjing.
Day 4: Zhonghua City Gate - Yangtze River Bridge - Nanjing Museum
We will pick you up in the morning after breakfast at your hotel to take you to the ancient Zhonghua Gate, an interesting and crucial part of Nanjing’s walled defenses from the Ming Dynasty. Then it’s a visit to the Yangtze River Bridge, a historic and impressive achievement especially considering the unpredictability of the Yangtze River. After lunch, you will have the opportunity to visit the Nanjing museum, full of ancient and historical artifacts just as you would expect from one of China’s most important capital cities. We will then take you to the airport for your afternoon or evening flight back to Beijing and get you checked back into your hotel.
Day 5: Beijing Airport Drop-off
We will pick you up at your hotel to take you to the airport in time for your flight on to your next destination.
