Yangtze River Cruises

Day 1: Board the ship for departing Chongqing at 9 p.m.
Day 2: Shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost Village, Shibaozhai or Wanzhou (depends on river conditions)
Day 3: Sailing through the Qutang and Wu Gorges, then either the Daning River Small Gorges or the Shennong River excursion on a smaller boat. Also passing through the Three Gorges Dam lock system.
Day 4: 8:00 a.m. arrival at Yang Jia Wang, with a morning land visit to the Three Gorges Dam site. Noon arrival at Yichang to end the cruise.

Day 2: Morning shore visit to the Three Gorges Dam site, sailing through the Three Gorges Dam lock system and the Xiling Gorge
Day 3: Board a smaller boat for the Daning River Small Gorges or a Shennong River excursion. Sail through the Wu and Qutang Gorges
Day 4: Shore excursion to Fengdu Ghost Village, Shibaozi or Wanzhou (depends on river conditions)

Day 2: Morning excursion in a smaller boat to either the Daning River Small Gorges or the Shennong River. Evening passing through the Three Gorges Dam lock system.
Day 3: Morning land visit to the Three Gorges Dam site, then re-boarding the ship at the Yichang dock.
Day 4: Afternoon shore excursion to the city of Wuhan with a visit to the Hubei Provincial Museum
Day 5: Full-day shore excursion to the legendary Huangshan Yellow Mountain (a visit to Jiuhuanshan, the “Mountain of the 9 Lotuses” may be substituted if weather conditions do not permit a visit to Huangshan)
Day 6: Full-day tour of the historic ancient capital of Nanjing, including the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum and a Qing dynasty-style bazaar surrounding a Confucian temple, 9 p.m. re-board the ship for the journey to Shanghai
Day 7: 8 a.m. disembark in Shanghai

Day 2: Full-day tour of the historic ancient capital of Nanjing, including the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum and a Qing dynasty-style bazaar surrounding a Confucian temple
Day 3: Full-day shore excursion to Huangshan Yellow Mountain (a visit to Jiuhuanshan, the “Mountain of the 9 Lotuses” may be substituted if weather conditions do not permit a visit to Huangshan)
Day 4: Evening shore excursion to the city of Wuhan with a visit to the Hubei Provincial Museum
Day 5: Sailing along the Yangtze River
Day 6: Arrive in Yichang, sail through Gezhou Dam, afternoon land visit to the Three Gorges Dam site, pass through the Three Gorges Dam lock system
Day 7: Sail through Wu and Qutang Gorges, smaller boat excursion to Daning River Small Gorges or Shennong River
